Preparing the Emerging Next Generation Using Inclusive Networking (PENGUIN) is an organization developed to support early career astronomers by developing their mentorship network across institutions. PENGUIN utilizes a combination of inclusive mentorship practices: one-step-ahead mentoring along with traditional senior-junior mentoring.
